Having spent the the last 15 years leading organizations through change, Su-Zette Sparks has held senior roles throughout her career designing and implementing large change initiatives for start-ups, financial services, architecture, and retail distribution companies.

As a Future of Work (FOW) consultant, she developed a passion for understanding the new demands of increasing change and flexibility in the workplace and the impact on how people work.

Su-Zette holds a master’s degree in Organizational Change and Culture from Seattle University.


Leah Richmond has 15 years experience helping organizations align talent with business strategy. She has a strong understanding of how people work and how to optimize performance.

Holding senior roles at both Mercer Consulting and Russell Investments, Leah has managed large, complex projects across multiple industries on issues of talent strategy, performance management, and organization effectiveness.

Prior to Mercer, Leah was an Integration Manager for Getty Images where she managed global integration projects that included realignment of business units, organizational restructuring, functional integrations and culture change.

Leah is a graduate of Seattle University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business.
