HOW IS MY MEMBERSHIP BILLED?
Membership and billing is managed through our online system (Cobot). Monthly billing is recurring on the 1st of each month. Annual membership renews on your anniversary date.
HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM OR WORKSPACE?
Members enjoy 2 free hours of conferencing a month with membership. Meeting suites and workspace can be reserved online through our online platform (Cobot). Members can login to their account directly from our website.
Non-members are welcome to book meeting suites based on availability! The public can reserve meeting suites online through our website or by contacting concierge@coterieworklounge.
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE RATES?
Yes! We offer a flexible corporate plan that is interchangeable with up to 5 employees. Please contact us at concierge@coterieworklounge.
ARE MY BELONGINGS SECURE?
Yes, our concierge is onsite during business hours. We also have security cameras that are monitored, and an alarm system. Members also have the option to include monthly storage in the Vault which is keyed with personal locked storage. Please contact us for more information!
DO YOU OFFER MONTHLY OFFICES OR DEDICATED DESKS?
Coterie Worklounge offers meeting rooms and workspace on demand when you need it. As a business club, we offer all the amenities of a bar and lounge with the functionality of an office. In addition to membership, we offer daily drop in rates. We do not rent office space by the month.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO ATTEND EVENTS?
Though we offer “Member Only” events as a perk of membership, everyone is welcome at our publicized events! Follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter or subscribe to our newsletter to find out about upcoming events. *A perk of membership is that members do typically get complimentary access to events.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Due to the Department of Health code only Service Animals are allowed in the Worklounge.
